Safety is Gatherall’s first priority.  Tours run rain / shine but will be cancelled when conditions warrant as determined by our Captains. In the event that a tour is cancelled you can elect to either;  reschedule tickets to an alternated date & / time (subject to availability), or request a full refund.   

When booking ahead we recommend that you don’t wait for the last day of your stay – leave room for flexibility to reschedule in the event of inclement weather.
